Rinato is a boutique style development consisting of 49 residential terraces and modern apartments as well as 9 creative commercial suites. As part of regular projects by Thirdi Group, each development needs an appropriate marketing pack designed. It was my job to design an identity for each new development, based on the target audience, as well as a series of branded marketing brochures and a website. Brochures include the information booklet, fixtures & fittings booklet and the floorplans booklet. Each must be branded according to the original identity design, and be differentiated from other developments.
